Align the company goals with deliverables and assume ownership of such.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership sees me as a person rather than a number or a robot to complete tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role is currently assigned as a trainer, however my deliverables consist of much higher responsibilities. Therefore, I feel under compensated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am not currently passionate for the program I am over. This causes me to lack passion and interest for my role.
