I am happy because my co workers, team leader, and Trainers are friendly and approachable.

They are friendly and approachable. I really felt like we're a family even though it's only two days since we started

The best part of having a compensation package is realising that the company really appreciate and care for its employees and I like how they treat new hire like me

I like how they utilize their roles as a leader and They are approachable too. They maybe strict but They are just doing it just to teach a new hire like me. I've learned a lot from them.
