Knowledge wise they are not at the required level.

Lack of recognition and overworked.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading people, not micromanaging. Listening to people and not forgetting about the human side of workers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less micromanaging, better benefits and pay, time for social activities within the team. More bottom up than top to bottom leading style.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The raise after promotion was 4%, which at these rates mean 0,30 cents more on the hour. The job is much more demanding that the previous one and with no added benefits the pay can actually be lower than before. Since then the amount of work has only increased.
