I used to be a Change leader with the QC payroll, despite i have a couple of payrolls with that position code my previous AM lied in front of HR saying i was on PDP and never got the position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and criteria for the times i've been doing my part for the LOBs i worked with and for everytime the CMU happens for someone to provide me clear expectations about what next considering the situation if a relocation applies. No HR participation, no management participation.
