I'm not excited to go to work because aside from that it is far from my home the expenses for travelling to office cost more than my food expenses

They need to improve their attendance because they are always absent or late and because of that I had to do the job that they were not able to finish
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because as an employee whose only earning 25k my workplace is far from my home and because of that my salary can no longer suffice my cost of living because of the travel and food expenses
