When I first entered teleperformance, It was cold. Literally because I forgot my jacket, But regarding my overall experience so far. Seven (7) months has gone by so fast; I learned a lot, immaturity and maturity, balance of things and life, and silence.

going home, finishing work, payday. Learning new things.

Bonding, socializing, respecting and dodging each other's opinions in life and simply enjoying anything possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I learned to grow and understand things I never knew I had. Jealousy and hatred are one of the things that you can get as your mortal enemy. It's not anyone around you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They focus on growth and what will make the company grew strong than they are now. They see lack of something as opportunities to build stronger and new abilities for the people they are leading.
