We work together and we figure things out together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Definitely a free flow and it makes usa feel comfortable and accepted.
What makes you most happy at work?
Definitely the fun activities but sometimes the company lacks that. They lack programs to make their employees enjoy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far, I did not feel any leadership. The only thing I felt is that we are on our own.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should have a raise annually because we have worked out selves out to have a better pay and we have allowed ourselves to be loyal with the company however we have received only a raise of salary which is barely there, there are no other benefits.
