they are always there if you need them to assist you and they do it being mad.

we help each other on everything. everytime someone needs a help, everybody is there ready to assist someone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i notice that everyone, specifically the guards, they are always happy and when you need their help, they will do it. i feel comfortable here in this company.
