As of the moment I can't say any words about my experience in tp because as I mentioned earlier, I just started last Monday but if you really want to know my experience in this company, I will say that my trainer is doing his job very well and I learned a lot from him since first day.

i still don't know yet actually since this is my 5th day on training,I just started last Monday
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for me it is unfair to give exact same amount as the newbie's salary to other's who have experience.
