On my first day, I was so nervous and I didn't know what to do. But when I realized that all of those employees were starting from scratch. It makes me motivated a lot because our coach named: Jeric Bayno our trainer. is so very kind to us and I can see that he is always happy to train as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
very hard working, Focus always on coaching the trainees. generous with their time to assist the trainees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with other people knowing their backgrounds, and sharing some outputs related to our job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have allowances, which are provided by the company. The transportation allowance, rice allowance, and etc are truly big help for me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can see through other employees that how dedicated they are as a worker. And all of those personnel are so approachable
What are some of the best things about your team?
For me by the time we first met. like we our open to eachother and I can see through their face, how eager we do our part as trainees and I feel that I belong to a good Team
