
To be honest, I am most happy with just having conversations with my close coworkers.
My coworkers are easy to be with and are communicating very well. I look forward to talking to them everyday.
I can commend their delivery of urgency and importance. They deliver the information to us fairly well compared to my previous employers.
The people are the most important part of the company if you ask me. Having your trainees build relationships from the get go would be the best way to create a harmonious working environment.
A higher basic pay of 17,000 would be best in my opinion. Teleperformance is an esteemed company and to be honest I expected a bigger salary range. Although the management is very good and productive a little increase won't hurt and can make the CSRs more excited and happy to work.
