Very generous and about the environment its totally perfect beacuse they have pastries for us to eat our lunch ,they have gym for us to be physically fit everyday at work.

It's about good leadership ,can communicate well to each other and can answer quesrtions without jugdement.And through engagement we can made thought easily and can cooperate to each other.And also our very helpful leadership that no one left behind. Very interesting and challenging.
