I am currently on my 2nd Day training, and so far we are enjoying this phase of our lives which we enjoyed making friends and learning new things at the same time.

When I have provided the costumer with the friendly and professional costumer service and getting a CSat
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The prof being so chill while discussing, at the same time making sure that we understand what's being discussed and asks us a question to assess out prior knowledge about a certain topic.
