Everytime i see my teammates entering company with a happy face, It gives positive impact that helps me keep going.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we will be able to avail our allowances from the very beginning of the training. It would help us a lot especially for the daily allowance and all.
