When it come to compensation, i'd say its average as i know that other companies offers better. But as i am new to the industry I'd say that it is good enough, especially for first timers.

What i like about it is that i can see that you can rely on someone about something, in a way that they would help you out in anyway possible as long as its not on companies restrictions.
