the health benefit, 13th month and of course the yearly increase it depends o the performance of the employee.

So far, all are good and we are really willing to learn for the better outcome of our work in the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, when it comes to culture we are just all the same culture so there's no need for adjustment while the environment, I can really say that it's really good environment to work with especially the ambience and the building itself.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy at work when I do my work well. So I'm looking forward to learn more about our work since we are just new here but I really assure to this company that I will really do my very best to contribute to this company's' more success.
