
Pay people better and therefore attract better people.
I suppose some of them are good at what is expected of them by the business.
Other employees with less demanding roles, fewer responsibilities, and sometimes even known for not doing a good job, are paid much better than I am.
Moronic processes and badly thought-out projects. Lack of training on the tools that we need to use to do our job. Said tools are totally inadequate to begin with.
Be less lazy. By paying people low wages, Teleperformance ends up with a bunch of people who are too lazy to go and find a better-paid job, and therefore display that same laziness in their day-to-day duties.
