My experience at TP has been challenging , and I always try my best to apply better positions as I want to grow and not stay where I am for this rest of my life I feel like here is enough growth for everyone

They are very helpful . We not only colleagues but became like family . Very caring and work hard
What makes you most happy at work?
I have such a jolly and happy team . So i always enjoy being around them . as we have team building or time to bond we always try to have lunches together to bond
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my role and what I do . We work hard as a team and we do not see any reward for this . I mean appreciation would mean alot . Its the principle that counts and personally I do not see that
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is positive and I enjoy coming to work as my colleagues always makes my day . However in our department there is never enough activities for us or should I say no fun . Its always work work and I understand its our job. However we never get to enjoy abit fun or team buildings
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest I like that we get along in our team . I like that we always help each other in everything we do . However far as leadership goes I would like our seniors to pay more attention and recognize our hard work and what we put in . As we do not see any reward for our hard work .
