TP encourages progression, and team work. I feel that even though I struggle to get help or tools quickly there is massive support and always someone to turn to regardless what the issue is. I look forward to working Mondays and I have never felt like that before with any previous company.

not being micro managed, being able to express my individuality, creativity and encouraged to pursue my innovations.

It seems like they are doing their best, and enable the company to grow and keep up with innovations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My annual salary is, on average 30 percent lower than local companies pay their employees in similar positions. I feel I have to jump through hoops to have access to the tools that would make my job both easier and also allow me to fulfill my potential and achieve my maximum worth to TP.
