meeting my targets supporting the company to go further forward
What do you like best about the leadership team?
open and honest - guidance and support when needed - understanding and can have a laugh when we are able
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued as such - just feel due to the price rises - and working from home an allowance towards heating, internet, electricity would be a nice gesture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my environment is at home but I never feel isolated, due to the ability to speak to people when needed, as for the culture TP is very diverse and open excepts everyone no exclusions
