I love working at Teleperformance, there are good and bad experiences but the good always outweighs the bad. I recommend Teleperformance to anyone looking to work in a contact center environment.

We become a family and encourage each other to always try to do better than the day before
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The majority of leadership sees you as a person and not just a number filling a seat. Leaders need to remember that if you take care of your people they will take care of your company. Some things that could be changed eg. bonuses instead of staff parties that cost millions and better Medical Aid
