I love the people but the framework is set up to expand then have redundancies every three years. We are frequently asked to do more than is manageable. The team is always getting smaller yet the workload increases. We dont spend enough time proactively preventing issues due to workload

I do not really know them.

There could be any training, development, one to ones, performance reviews, team time or time to actually carry out essential training online.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I no longer really have a team so could not comment. And when I did have a team we rarely interacted unless for work related purposes due to time and workload
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid fair market value wages. There has been discrepancies for pay for the same jobs for no explainable reason. External recruitment get paid more even though are asked to train them and they cannot learn without the low paid team member that are training them.
