The environment, my director is awesome and the fact that I have flexibility to work from any of the three sites.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I come from a very corporate culture, and I feel some individuals do not maintain a level of professionalism in the workplace in the manner in which they engage and interact with others.
