They are friendly and always ready to give advice and support so that everyone can keep up with the company's expectations of their employees and also to grow both personally and professionally, skillswise
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although I've just been in the company for no longer than one, I can say that the leadership team of the company is excellent, in a way that especially like me who is still one of the trainees, they really listen to their employees' concerns and did their best to address it professionally.
