vision, transformation, delivery and implementation, communication, making money for TPUKSA, it's a long list
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is far below what other firms will pay for the same role. No bonus and THAT Xmas present last year was nothing less than an insult.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
TP UKSA's processes are broken. They don;t allow efficient or effective working or 'green starts'. We're terrible at collaboration and more interested in the 'blame game' than actually moving forwards.
