the people here are very friendly and you get to socialize with them easily

they're out-going and make things easier especially when we are currently in PST. It made me go to work each day and look forward each day to be trained.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
very commendable and superb. She knows how to cater our concerns, especially related to the account. She also gives us wisdom when it comes to our personal lives if being consulted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the company should compensate the employees with the Transportaion allowance, especially with the on-going inflation. It has been costly to travel on site with the bare compensation. if the company prevails then it would increase the employee's performance. proven and tested.
