We help each other out, literally no one gets left behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way they approach everyone, they are really kind. So far, I havent encountered anyone that was mean or has an attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For it to be fair, considering also our experience was not paid, my previous employer actually offered better compensation and that doesnt really seem fair also, there really should be a transportation allowance.
