we always update and keeping ourselves abreast regarding any new task
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
indecisiveness and passing of the buck. This not only in my dept. is it also happening on all campaigns.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are transparent with direction of completing any task. however they can be indecisive at times which can be annoying
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
be open and transparent. honestly our salary needs to be aligned correctly and not this bare minimum as cost of living is extremely expensive eg, A collogue( who is a senior) in my team is earning way more than me. I have questioned it and it was said I am in developmental stage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I started my journey in IT at TP I was extremely excited however as time went on I was disappointed for how my transition from Junior desktop engineer to senior desktop engineer and final to Site Lead this is regarding remuneration When I assumed the IT Site Lead it was a lateral move no uplift
