Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It starts with the agents really. I feel we could provide them with a more competitive salary package as we are one of the lowest paid companies out there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are supporting different geos and I get to interact with these people even if I am just in the philippines. It allows me to lead and show my skills even remotely and every achievement counts. even the smallest wins.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mike Meili and Christina Wilcox - these 2 has been the reason why i stay committed and strong regardless of the many challenges i face in the account. they also value me, trust my decision making and ensures i am supported for any steps i take with caution and guidance knowing this is for my growth
