Extremely satisfied with the people within the company and organization, however salary packages are not competitive reason why I can't encourage people from the outside to apply. Also, benefits such as HMO, internet allowance, laptop PC (WFH) so we can have a flexible work styles.

No internet and phone allowance for supervisor and above. Laptop instead of PC for flexible working style in case of internet surge or power outage. (WFH)
