Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Should be at par with industry leaders and provide the employees compensation and benefits within the fair market value, health benefits should be extended to dependents. More financial programs like retirement plans for tenured employees (above 15 or 20 years with the company)
