
There's a lot to do and we need to have support
I only look forward on my team and be their for my team.
They should start looking into workload rather than spans to promote work-life balance.
My team can definitely work with less supervision, and they know their job well.
I personally don't have night differential which is by law , I should have. I am also handling several account and I'm the only one managing the team and rarely get assistance
