TP has been good overall, however the recent revolving door of CEO has been challenging and my recent org is the worst so far of my 14 years in the company.

none, it's fair but can do better

They look after you more than your line manager does.

my clients and some of the operations people I work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mentorship and development plan. Everyday seems like a survival game and we don't have a clear path of where we are going except for updating financial stretches and eventually explaining why the stretch did not materialize.
