Identifying individual needs and where a lift me up is required we are able to do this

people skill, understanding people needs, instead of nailing promote and mentor, carry out more evaluations when called on.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Be realistic and not sugarcoat, stop threatening people ensure that we people need extra training, mentoring and or needs that this is carried out and not used a stick method.
