I arrived at TP looking forward to the growth, learning opportunities and establishing myself as an individual. However our immediate leadership do not share the same sentiment for growth and development of advisors.

to see my colleagues and also do my work at the best of my ability
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need TLs with a clear school of thought, positive and who portray great leadership capacity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in basic based on my many years of experience and better incentive for FCI and OT
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The excec is doing their best to align with the vision however the immediate leadership is eating away the TP tree bit by bit
