It's been good, I've never felt forced to work in a way that doesn't suit me and my family and I feel reasonably secure for the foreseeable future

Nothing's going wrong, I just don't get excited about work.

I am not forced into joining in to doing something if I don't want to
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are there when I need them, however they're happy for ourselves to just get on with it otherwise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very accepting of the fact that I may need to take time off on short notice due to my youngest and her asthma
