Opened to approach, working together and not seeing problems as fault and more something to overcome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing market rate for position and job and due to promotion from within was willing to take less as being invested in. Investment was several years ago and seeing little to no increase.
