They have clear targets, it would seem, but what they are working towards or trying to achieve is not filtered down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are currently in a cost of living crisis. I'm a Team Leader and manage staff who earn more than me. I have more responsibility and duties, yet earning less than the staff I manage and support.
