MY WORK and the fact that i know what im doing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
im in support and the fact my CCM and SDM is very supportive , and they live the TP values
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the money i earn the worst part is the pay query we have that just does not seem to be resolved
What are some of the best things about your team?
being the senior in my team all upskilling and training comes to me , i enjoy seeing how they soak up the knowledge and become more confident by the day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i can only speak for my own SDM he is hands on and present when he is on site as we are spread around 3 different buildings .I take my hat off to Andre Shaun Wilton as he is the best WFM SDM in the business
