Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Working with TPIA has been the greatest achievement of my career not until major changes happened due to financial or management decision. I just hope the new managers can be given proper people management training prior to them handling their subordinates and at the same time give the incentives

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Woking comfortably with whatever availability you feel may you be working at home or work onsite whatever you prefer

What are some of the best things about your team?

You can always rely and ask questions if you need help with any of your works that require their expertise

During our Team Builder this gives us the chance to interact, laugh and have an hour of fun with our coanalyst and managers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We have been waiting for the incentiveds and they keep on telling us that we are still waiting for his approval which the same reason being given since April

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Give the benefits and incentives that we deserve and at the same time training for new managers for people management skills specifically on how they communicate with their subordinates

What do you like best about the leadership team?

For some leaders they exhibit great leadership and not only just show that they are superiors, but they also engage with their analyst and makes your work a lot more fun

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We were promised that we will be getting incentives but the last time we received those "incentives" was last March, and everytime we would ask questions about it they keep on saying it's on its way, under approval, etc.. no updates about it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Before it was really fun going to work but with changes of management, removing managers due to "business needs" , it's not that fun anymore. It made us feel that if the managers are being removed due to the said "business needs" what is the assurance of analyst not being removed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are one of the reason why I am still here in my post as I can see them struggling with how I struggle as well I can see that they are still moving on and work for their family even if we are not getting what we are being promised
