its been terrible because i know i can do so much better to improve the place but the competence of the people selecting people for relevant position are corrupted

no positives they dont care about the agents who do most of the work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
salary and competence in managerial level to allow a better working environment and its like cutting down the biggest tree with a blunt butter knife
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
get paid the relevant salary for the amount of work we do, we basically doing the job of 2 people becasue of the business demands but there arent enough agents to do the business but you dont care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
be more competent and sort out everything that needs to be sorted in a relevant timescale and also take accountability for there actions because when they mess up with something and then we has the agents have to bare the brunt of their incompetence
