Management is not so great, they treat agents like their dolls

Teleperformance culture is awesome just needs to pay the agents more
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am underpaid. And the money I earn cannot cover all my expenses and responsibilities. We are struggling financially
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You cannot be working for a company for 3 years + but new agents earn more than the more tenured agents. The more time you work for a company, the higher the salary should be because of loyalty and dedication to the organization. Pay agents who work with TP longer more money.
