Salary increase times they on the day show you what is the requirements and then use the Bell Carve effect on top of that, therefore even if everyone is TOP there will always be some who wont get the salary increase
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase to be fair, not buddy buddy or a race to not be last on the stats "even "if you on target you could still miss out. Also allow you Husband or Wife to be added onto the medical cover if it we have to pay that part
