Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be earning 15k to 20k, this is what customer service agents earn in Gauteng and Joburg. We working on UK campaigns where you are paid in pounds but we get the change. The cost of living is so high we have to constantly make loans to cover our expenses.
