It has been very challenging. I have been to many different campaigns which unfortunately has not made it easy to grow with the company. The lack of transparency has been a challenge, and I would like to know how they choose Managers as some unfortunately have been horrible.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team mates + My Ex Manager as he was very hands on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have had an awesome Diverse team, which were very helpful + caring and were good people in general
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no transparency so there is nothing to like. Only my Manager was a good Manager, the rest n so much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We always work overtime that does not get paid, pay queries are endless, no transparency and there is a lot of uncertanties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are all individuals who know why they are here, we come from different backgrounds but we are able to learn different cultures.
