The engagement throughout, everyone is informed of the little steps along the way. It brings a sense of togetherness.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues are the main contributor to that; but I do not necessarily feel happy at work on a consistent basis and feel this question makes that assumption incorrectly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As outsourced contractors it will always be the case, but earning 60% of what your client-employed peers do and having significantly less benefits on top of that does bring a negative presence
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture with the specific contact centre that I am in has always been one centered around teamwork. For me personally, my peers get me through each day and my advisors are all unique individuals with their own backgrounds & stories.
