I am very much grateful to be part of this company, to the application process to scheduling of my first day of training. I am also very happy and pleased to be part of the company because of the amazing people that I have met. Overall, I have the best memories to treasure here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best thing that the compensation packaged offered to us is the HMO and Account allowance, because it is one of the most helpful and necessary compensation any of us can have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is that, we form as a unity and as one to accomplish the goal of everyone and as well as the main goals of our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are free to express what we feel and talk to our supervisors about an issue that has been bothering us and address that same issue immediately to avoid any further rift in the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our TL, is very accommodating and flexible to every request we can ask of him, and in return we give him what he needs from us, which is the excellency of our work, and reach the goals we ( us, agents) and our TL when it comes to the success of everyone in the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Mostly the team huddle and then the cascades, because we get to clear our confusions in the PBR that we have raised within the SMEs and QAs we have on shift. As well as the time where our TL would always try his best to interact with us even through the smallest of interactions, each and everyday.
