there are troubles that come from the client, a lot of the customer experience is stunted by the nature of what we are authorised to do

first place i've worked where people are treated as people and not as just workers

I personally do the job of 3 people and get the pay of an agent still.

we all work as a team, happy to help each other, and can have a laugh with each other as well
