Nice and friendly coworkersm but let down by lack of training and propper support. Answers to questions are usualy standard responses or evade the issue. Feedback is not propperly actioned upon, no proper means of sharing and raising issues. Told to raise issues in certain channels that palm us off
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do the tasks with more care, rather then making other have to resolve the issues they create by rushing tasks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If feedback could be listened to and actioned upon. Issues are raised and nothing has been done to fix them for months. Lack of willingness to do more than bare minimum from those that are supposed to relove these issues. If there was more willingness to work to fix issues, and keep us in the loop.
