There is very little positivity within the culture and environment delivered from the company. Any positivity is achieved through self-determination and elevating the teams I work with.
The global imposition of ineffective IT systems has dented moral hugely. So has the ever increasing micro-managing and hominization of people management. The company does not play by it's own standards of putting people first.
Poor pay rises over years. Not paid or recognized for the value added to the contract, or additional hours worked. Not acknowledged for any achievements made. Almost having to beg to be allowed to do a job, when being pulled to do inconsequential admin task or mandatory HR training is unacceptable.
